It was my choice for our monthly swap parcel theme this month and I chose 1, 2, 3. One piece of plain, two pieces of patterned and 3 embellishments plus anything else they liked to use. It has proved to be quite a challenge for them both as they don't tend to use 2 pieces of patterned paper. Meanwhile I had a ball!!!
I had a lttle bit of trouble with the contents with Pat's parcel until I realised some of the papers/cards were double sided. Doh, stooopid me!!
The paper on the right was a mix of greens and pink and I twinned that with the green and beige gingham paper. I hid the join with a scrap of ribbon from ribbon stash. I then raided my snippets box to find some dark green paper which I cut with a scallop die and also used it behind the greeting. The topper and the green buttons also came out of Pat's parcel.
I am entering this in Pixie's Snippets Playground
Oh well done Liz! Great use of snippets and I can see that it must be a challenge to use stash sent like this. You sure cracked it!!
