Another one from my swap parcel and this little fellow touched me heart, he looks so sad.  I  rounded the edges of the patterned paper and then used an ink pad to colour the edges so that it stood out against the white base card.  I coloured the image with Promarkers and coloured round the edges with a yellow ink pad so that it stood out from the dark green card I cut as a backing layer.  The yellow doesn't show as much in the photo as it does in real life.  I add the peel off greeting to another piece of the green card and then mounted on a snippet of golden yellow card that toned with the yellow edging of the image.

I am entering this card in Pixie's Crafty Workshop Snippet Challenge.

  1. What an adorable get well snippets card, Liz!! I think the poor dear is soooo hot and it is so humid that even her pretty straw hat is too much for her head!!

  2. Oh Liz, soft ole me almost cried at the sad little bear - what a well depicted air of dejection! Gorgeous colouring and the paper goes perfectly - a lovely get well card.

    Hugs, Di xx
