I delved around in the snippets boxes and found a lovely selection of yellow and cream snippets to make this card. A piece of checked yellow paper from a Craftworkscards pack - Ice Cream Parlour; a yellow bow and some ribbons from my ribbon box and a little bear that I mounted on a diecut shape I was given a long time ago. I edged a tag shaped piece of card in gold before stamping the greeting in gold too. I used my Cuttlebug to emboss the white card at the top.
I am entering this in the following challenges:

Hi Liz, followed your card link from the Playground, just became your newest follower. Such a lovely & soft baby card. The white swirl EF was so pretty with your lovely yellow gingham. Perfect little rose on the tiny ribbon...just right to welcome a new baby. TFS and will be back to visit.

ReplyDeleteVery pretty & delicate :o) Makes a change from the usual pinks & blues.
ReplyDeleteSo nice to see a baby card not done in blue or pink. When I was expecting both of my two I insisted that everything be done in yellow. Hugs Mrs A.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card - I like the combination of lemon and white, and the gingham paper with the embossed card. Elizabeth xx
